If you find a similar plan from another retailer at a lower price per GB within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund you the difference. How to Claim Your Refund
If you’ve found a lower price per GB on a qualifying eSIM plan, here’s what to do:
- Take a screenshot of the competitor’s offer and ensure it shows:
- Price
- Plan duration and data allowance
- Retailer name and product availability - Email it to our Customer Services team along with:
- Your Sim Local order number
- Any promo we’re currently running (if relevant) - We’ll review your request and aim to respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Price Promise Terms & Conditions
To keep things fair and transparent, here’s what qualifies:
- The plan must be 7 days or longer and include more than 1GB of data.
- The comparison must be based on price per GB (total price ÷ total GB).
- We’ll only match plans that are:
- Available from a recognised retailer (not 3rd party marketplaces).
- UK only plans (not regional plans).
- In stock and available for purchase within 7 days of your order.
- Priced in the same currency as your Sim Local purchase.
- We accept offers that are:
- On sale or discounted
- Not reduced to clear, exclusive to members, via promo codes, or part of a multi-buy deal.
- The price match window is valid up to 7 days after your purchase.
- If we have reduced the price of your Sim Local plan ourselves within 7 days, we’ll refund you the difference – just show us the promotion details.
- Our SmartRoam Plans are excluded from this guarantee.
- This offer is not valid if you paid using a discount code or voucher.
